St.mary’s Chapel in situated of the outskirt of the st.Domanic and st.Thomas unit took an initiative to rebuild the chapel in 2000 augest 15 during the period of rev.fr John puthanveetil most rev.mar.james pazhayattil(late) blessed the chapel and consecrated to blessed Virgin Mary on every Saturday at 5.30 p.m in 000 again rebuilt the chapel and it was blessed by  Bp.mar.pauly Kanookadan.Reconstruction was done during the pastoral period of rev.fr.varghees palathingal.
